Brendan Kiley Joins Critical Facilities Group as Managing Director

Savills Studley, the leading commercial real estate firm specializing in tenant representation, has hired Brendan J. Kiley as managing director of the firm’s national Critical Facilities Group. In his new role, Kiley will work alongside Rick Drescher, Ian Zilla, and David Gordon to develop and expand business opportunities for data center clients across the country.

Kiley most recently served as a business development director at IO Data Centers, where he developed partner relationships with carriers, managed service providers and identified sales opportunities for IO’s data centers globally. Prior, he worked at Newmark Knight Frank, where he specialized in tenant representation of corporate clients in the New Jersey data center market. His work experience has also spanned the telecommunications industry, where he held positions with major network operators including MCI Worldcom.

Kiley attended the University of Massachusetts where he studied Economics.
