NNN Industrial Investment Sells for $12,875,000 in Camarillo, California

Through an extensive marketing campaign, Savills Studley represented Sentinel Properties in the successful disposition of 750 W. Ventura Boulevard in Camarillo, California. The buyer, Lady's Slipper 1031, LLC is a private investor. The approximately 113,000-square-foot, two-story industrial building sold for $12,875,000.

Mike Catalano, Executive Vice President, and Craig Newlands, Managing Director, of Savills Studley represented the seller and Bob Tuler at Radius Commercial Real Estate and Investments represented the buyer.

“This opportunity represented a rare opening to acquire a property with a strong national tenant along the Highway 101 corridor,” said Newlands.
