Savills Studley Represents 1WorldSync in Move to 300 South Riverside Plaza

Savills Studley, the leading commercial real estate firm specializing in tenant representation, is pleased to announce the completion of a lease agreement on behalf of 1WorldSync at 300 South Riverside Plaza. Beginning in April 2017, 1WorldSync, the largest global content exchange network will occupy 22,247 square feet on the entire 14th floor of the Class-A building.

The long-term agreement negotiated by Savills Studley at 300 South Riverside Plaza secures turnkeyed space designed for 1WorldSync, within close proximity of the company’s current Chicago location at 10 South Riverside Plaza.
