RSM Relocates to 4 Times Square

Savills Studley, the leading commercial real estate firm specializing in tenant representation, today announced that RSM US LLP has signed a 15-year lease for 95,000 square feet on the entire 10th, 11th and partial 12th floors of 4 Times Square. The 10th floor also includes a 2,100-square-foot terrace overlooking Broadway. 4 Times Square is currently undergoing a $100 million-plus capital improvement program that includes new entrances, a lobby renovation, new elevators and HVAC system and a 40,000-square-foot tenant amenity and conference center space.

Last year financial services firm ICAP signed a lease for 82,442 square feet and the law firm Fross Zelnick Lehrman & Zissu signed a lease for 41,160 square feet at the property. Last week SS&C Technologies signed a lease for 135,571 square feet in the building.

RSM was represented by Savills Studley’s Executive Vice President, Director, Richard Schuham and Executive Managing Director Greg Taubin. The Durst Organization was represented in-house by Senior Vice President of Leasing Tom Bow and Vice President of Leasing Rocco Romeo.
