Savills Studley Represents The Jacobson Group in Headquarters Expansion in Central Loop

Savills Studley represented The Jacobson Group in its expansion of its headquarters at 30 West Monroe Street. The insurance recruitment giant will expand to occupy the full 15th floor and over half of the 13th floor of the building. The company’s total footprint will now be 20,138 square feet, making it one of the largest occupants of the building.

Executive Vice President and Co-Head of the Savills Studley Chicago office Robert Sevim represented The Jacobson Group; Kevin Donohoe and Gary Denenberg of MB Real Estate represented the landlord.
