Savills Studley Represents Actsoft, Inc. In Headquarters Renewal and Expansion

Actsoft, a leading developer of GPS-based mobile applications, has recently completed an extension of its lease as well as an expansion of its current headquarters office space. Savills Studley, the leading global commercial real estate firm specializing in tenant representation, advised Actsoft throughout the lease transaction process.

Actsoft saw a need for a modest expansion of its existing office to accommodate the company’s recent growth and secure its future expansion. Its 18,636 square foot space is located at 10006 N. Dale Mabry Hwy in Tampa. Savills Studley Managing Director Jon Slater negotiated both the extension of the company’s lease term and the expansion of its space.
