Savills Studley Relocates StriVectin to 285 Madison Avenue

15 November 2016

Savills Studley, the leading commercial real estate company specializing in tenant representation, announces that it has completed a 14,732-square-foot headquarters relocation on behalf of StriVectin Operating Company. Executive Managing Director Joseph Genovesi and Associate Director John Harte represented the tenant.

The skin care company will relocate from its current offices at the Starrett-Lehigh building in February 2017. According to Genovesi, StriVectin previously leased 24,228 square feet and retained Savills Studley to develop a strategic real estate solution that would create a more open, collaborative, efficient workplace, but would continue to provide a centrally-located, easily-accessible office for its employees.

“We were pleased to find a high quality, well located, and efficient space for StriVectin to move into. RFR has repositioned 285 Madison into one of the best properties in the Grand Central market. Equally as important, we were able to simultaneously work with Starrett-Lehigh’s ownership to replace StriVectin, making this a win-win-win transaction for the tenant and both landlords,” Genovesi said.

The building ownership was represented by, AJ Camhi at RFR Realty LLC along with Alexander Chudnoff, Mitchell Konsker, Diana Biasotti and Dan Turkewitz of JLL. The contemporary office building is centrally located one block from Grand Central Terminal and Bryant Park. The 26-story, 530,000-square-foot building features abundant amenities, including a lounge, art program, restaurant, gym, bicycle room and roof terrace.
