Bill Bauman Named Co-Head of Savills Studley’s Global Retail Services Group

Bill Bauman, based in Savills Studley’s Los Angeles office, has been named Co-Head of the firm’s Global Retail Services Group along with Susan Kurland, who recently joined the firm’s New York City headquarters office from CBRE. Together, Bauman and Kurland will focus on growing the company’s retail platform in the U.S. while working closely with the Savills retail leadership globally.

Bauman joined Savills Studley in 2009 as Executive Vice President and leads a full service west coast-based team offering a wide range of services including national retail tenant representation, retail land planning, developer consultation and investment sales.
