Savills Studley Helps Suburban-Based EN Engineering Secure Lease for New Office at 180 North LaSalle in Central Loop

EN Engineering, a company that provides comprehensive and dependable engineering, consulting and automation services to pipeline companies, utilities and industrial customers, has signed a long-term lease at 180 North LaSalle Street for 20,377 square feet, a full floor. The nationwide engineering firm, which was represented by tenant representation firm Savills Studley, is opening the new office in the Central Loop to grow its existing workforce while tapping into the current and future talent pool that is attracted to the lifestyle and conveniences of working in Downtown Chicago.

The transaction is the first lease executed with the building’s new ownership, Callahan Capital Partners and Ivanhoe Cambridge; Beacon Properties had previously owned the property. Savills Studley’s Robert Sevim, executive vice president and co-head of the Chicago office; and John Goodman, executive vice president; represented the tenant in the transaction; Joy Jordan and Jack O’Brien of The Telos Group, LLC represented the landlord.
