Savills Studley Represents CH2M in Denver’s Largest Office Deal of 2015

Savills Studley, the leading global commercial real estate firm specializing in tenant representation, is pleased to announce its completion of a lease restructure on behalf of CH2M, a long-term client. CH2M, a global engineering and project delivery company partnering with public and private clients to tackle the world's most complex infrastructure and natural resource challenges, is headquartered at 9191 S. Jamaica St. in Englewood. 

Monty Harris, Corporate Managing Director and Rob Link, Executive Vice President and Denver Branch Manager, both of Savills Studley, represented the tenant in the transaction Jamie Gard and Jeff Castleton at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the landlord, Columbia Property Trust.

The three building, 370,485 square foot headquarters was one of the first LEED Gold certified office developments to be built in Denver. CH2M has leased the site since 2007. Its redesigned interior spaces include an abundance of natural light, and a collaborative workspace that meets the varying needs of its multigenerational workforce.
