Savills Studley Welcomes Sean Phelan as Assistant Director in Chicago

Savills Studley announces it has hired Assistant Director, Sean Phelan, who sits out of the firm’s Chicago’s office. Phelan will support Executive Vice Presidents, Joe Learner and Robert Sevim with new business development, strategic planning and execution of real estate solutions on behalf of tenants.  

Sean began his career in finance at Unisource Worldwide, Inc. where he was in charge of the cross-border restructuring of its British Columbia, CAN operations.  He later went on to represent start-ups at the Loyola Business Law Clinic, as well as work in the legal departments of both Stepan Co. and Intersport, Inc.

Sean earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from the University of Iowa, and his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Loyola University Chicago, where he concentrated in real estate and corporate law.
