Vollack baulnvest GmbH sells Hochheim office development to Treuhandverwaltung Igement GmbH

Treuhandverwaltung IGEMET GmbH has acquired a 4,000 sq m office building, let to Tetra Pak GmbH & Co KG, at Frankfurter Straße 85 in Hochheim am Main. The vendor was Vollack bauInvest GmbH, based in Karlsruhe, which specialises in the custom development, project management and letting of commercial property. Leading real estate advisor Savills exclusively advised on and negotiated the sale. Details of the purchase price have not been disclosed.
