Savills Central London office agency team welcomes back Nick Pearce

Nick, who worked for Savills West End office agency team between 2011 and 2015 before spending over three years at Global Private Equity firm Blackstone, will re-join as a director working in the firm’s Central London office agency team, based in the firm’s City office.  At Blackstone, Nick was responsible for overseeing the leasing of a number of trophy schemes across London such as Chiswick Park, Cannonbridge, Devonshire Square, The Sanctuary Buildings and 25 North Colonnade.
