Savills boosts Occupier Services team with new appointments

Having previously been head of office for both Cushman & Wakefield and Gerald Eve in Manchester, Mark has over 24 years’ experience in the industry, most recently with his own consultancy business: Corporate Property Strategies Ltd. With specific expertise in advising corporate occupiers on the strategy and optimisation of their real estate portfolios, Mark will work within the Corporate Account Management team (CAM) at Savills establishing a presence for this area of the business in Manchester.

Christopher has spent the last three years as an associate director in the occupier solutions team at BNP Paribas Real Estate in Birmingham and has over 14 years’ experience. His previous roles include Estates Manager within the Global Workplace Solutions team at CBRE Birmingham and Regional Team Leader in the Corporate Solutions team at JLL Birmingham. At Savills, Christopher will build Savills occupier services presence in Birmingham working with the wider national division as well as the local office agency team, which already has an impressive reputation in the region.

In addition to Mark and Christopher, Savills has also boosted its European tenant rep team with the appointment of Lauren Roth-Brown who joins as a transaction manager from the Central London Office Agency team at Capita. Prior to this she worked in the leasing team at Orbit Southern.  Based in London, Lauren will focus on managing transactions for existing non-contracted clients as well as helping to build this client base.

These latest appointments follow Nick Lambert who joined Savills Occupier Services team in June to focus on the EMEA markets.
