Savills Expands Tenant Rep Practice in Canada with Hire of Howard Bogler, Elliot Greenberg & Jarrod Bogler

TORONTO (July 25, 2018) - International real estate services provider Savills announces the expansion of its office tenant representation practice in Canada with the hire of Messrs. Howard Bogler, Elliot Greenberg and Jarrod Bogler, one of the leading tenant rep teams in the Greater Toronto Area.

With over 70 years of collective experience representing commercial occupiers, Howard, Elliot and Jarrod join Savills with a market leading record of advocating for tenants in the acquisition and disposition of office premises and negotiations with landlords.

These new additions to Savills come on the heels of the company’s continued expansion in the region. Savills Canadian offices offer a full suite of advisory services across office, industrial and retail properties, including but not limited to workplace strategy, location and workforce advisory, project management, portfolio planning and lease administration, investment sales and transaction management.

Howard and Elliot join Savills as Senior Vice Presidents. Together, they have completed over 1,500 lease transactions representing over $20 billion. Prior to joining Savills, both served as Senior Vice Presidents at JLL. Earlier in their careers, they led CBRE Limited’s premier office leasing team in the Toronto North Office. Jarrod joins Savills as Vice President. Prior to this role, he served as Associate Vice President at JLL.
