Savills Studley’s Sarah Dreyer Earns 40 Under 40 Recognition

Savills Studley, the leading commercial real estate firm specializing in tenant representation, today announced that Sarah Dreyer, director of research, has been recognized by the Washington Business Journal as a 40 Under 40 honoree.

The Journal annually identifies the top 40 individuals in the Washington, DC-area who are innovators, professionals and entrepreneurs making strides in their respective fields before the age of 40. The honorees are selected based on their professional accomplishments, philanthropic efforts and community involvement. This year, Washington Business Journal received a record number of nominations to select the best in the industry—from real estate to education and more. The publication will celebrate the new class with a feature in an upcoming issue and a reception event on Thursday, June 26, 2018.

Dreyer is the regional director of research at Savills Studley, overseeing research and market analysis for nearly 80 brokers and four offices in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions. She also serves as Head of Research for the Legal Tenant Practice, one of the firm’s oldest and most prominent groups. Her thoroughness and analytical perspective has helped Savills Studley win numerous clients and projects, resulting in millions of dollars in revenue.

In additional to being a wife, mother and professional, Dreyer has dedicated herself to the planning board for the Washington, DC JDRF Real Estate Games for the past 12 years, and served as overall event co-chair for the past three years, raising over $1.5 million in her tenure to cure type 1 diabetes. Overall the event has raised over $7 million in 28 years. Dreyer is also active in her professional community with organizations such as NAIOP – the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, The DC Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Association, DC Commercial Market Research Consortium, and The George Washington University Real Estate and Finance Alliance.

Dreyer earned her MBA from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from The George Washington University.
