Alpha Tower in Amsterdam fully let

Real I.S. has fully let the Alpha Tower in Amsterdam Southeast thanks to the completion of a string of new lease agreements. The transactions comprise of lease agreements with new tenants CGI and Participatie Maatschappij Graafschap Holland N.V. (Generali) and a renewal with current tenants 20th Century Fox and Ystrategists.

The high-end office building has a total floor area of approximately 19,800 sq m. and is located next to the Johan Cruijff Arena. With 23 floors the property is one of the tallest office buildings in Amsterdam.

New tenants Participatie Maatschappij Graafschap Holland N.V. (Generali) and subsidiaries Lion River I and Lion River II have concluded a lease of 1,440 sq m. office space and 13 parking spaces. Current tenant 20th Century Fox has signed a new lease agreement, moving from the 12th floor to the 13th floor, thereby freeing up 597 sq m. which has been let to new tenant CGI. Ystrategists has expanded its space by 350 sq m. on the 7th floor, now representing a total leased space of two full floors. As a result of these transactions, the property is fully let.
