Savills appointed as sole agent for the tender sale of 1A Chui Tong Road, Sai Kung

Savills has been appointed as sole agent for the tender sale of retail portion of Centro and its car park, located at 1A Chui Tong Road, Sai Kung. Tender Closing Date: 16 October 2018 (Tuesday).

With a site area and approved area of 34,047 sq ft and 266,562 sq ft respectively, the 10-storey “Centro” possesses 56,504 sq ft of retail shops for lease.  The total number of parking spaces is 389.

James Siu, Head of Kowloon, Savills said, “a couple of new developments have been launched in Sai Kung recently, such as Park Mediterranean and The Mediterranean by Sino Group while 15 low-rise residential buildings will be developed on Hong Kin Road.  Hence, the rise of the number of residents will drive great opportunities for leisure and parking spaces in the neighbourhood.  He added that lately, investment sentiment in Sai Kung has been promising, as indicated by a number of transactions in en-bloc buildings, such as PriceRite Group Centre, Four Seas Food Network Centre and Four Seas Group Building.  It is believed that the industrial area of Sai Kung will experience a positive change in the coming days.
