Savills Thailand is pleased to announce the launch of Industrial Services, a new business line providing national agency and advisory services to landlords, occupiers and investors.

Savills has seen rising investor interest in both income producing property and sale and leaseback opportunities, in addition to growing tenant requirements for modern industrial stock across Thailand.
