Peony Place Stage 2 & 3 by Boill broke ground in Kellyville

Thursday 25 October 2018 marked the ground-breaking of Peony Place Stage 2 & 3, named Magnolia and Camellia, in Kellyville. Professionals from finance and real estate industries including Decode Group, ANZ bank, PDS Group, DKO, Taylor Brammer, Savills and Dentons attended this ground-breaking ceremony.

Boill (Aust) Pty Ltd General Manager, George Xu and Deputy General Manager, Peter Pan, together with Decode Group Managing Director Sam El Rihani, ANZ Bank Associate Director, Andrew Board, PDS Group Director Jeff Curnow and Australian Chinese Consultancy Service Managing Director Craig Stephen Munnings turned the first sod on site.

More than $66 million worth of apartments at Peony Place Stage 2&3 have been sold since launches mid-2017. The 149 apartments will feature oak floors, plush cut pile wool carpet, Quantum Quartz engineered stone benchtops and European appliances.

Boill (Aust) Pty Ltd General Manager, George Xu said the company’s vision for Peony Place was to create a better lifestyle. He also stressed that Boill, the Sydney-based subsidiary of Boill Holding Group (China) would continue to concentrate on the residential developments in Sydney.

“Although now there is a lot of negative news about the Australian property market and some real estate developers are facing hardship, we are still very confident about our future development in Australia.”

“We believe there exist plenty of opportunities in today’s market, with the team and the resources we have, we are ready to acquire new land, grow stronger and expand faster.”

Australian Chinese Consultancy Service Managing Director Craig Stephen Munnings, the strategic partner of Boill (Aust) Pty Ltd supported George Xu’s view.

Savills Residential Projects Director Peter Coulton said that since launching in mid-2017, the over $200 million 4-stage residential development has sold over 150 apartments from mainly owner-occupiers plus investors who are eager to secure an apartment in this exciting new development which is located only 800 metres to the new Bella Vista Metro Station.

A limited selection of Stage 1 (Viola) which are now completed and ready to move into are available for sale.

Peony Place is located at 83 Balmoral Road, Kellyville, only 800 meters to the new Bella Vista Station which is expected to start operating in mid-2019.
