Wolfstep’s latest Clayton industrial development gathers momentum

Savills Australia sells two showrooms for $2.38 million

Family-owned property development company Wolfstep is experiencing early success at its latest Clayton development, selling two out of three showrooms for a total of $2.838 million.

Savills Industrial's Lynton Williams and Keith Kooloos brokered the deal for showrooms two and three at 1864 Princes Highway.

“Both properties were sold to owner-occupiers in a very short timeframe,” Mr Williams said.

“With a very limited supply of main-road properties in the south-east, the third showroom is expected to sell quickly, particularly given the progress of the M-City Monash mixed-use development just 400 metres to the east on the Princes Highway.”
