Savills continues to strengthen its Valuations division with new NSW hire

Savills NSW Valuations & Advisory division has appointed Al Carpenter in the role as Director of Industrial Valuations – NSW, based in the Parramatta office.
Al recently transferred over from Ford Land. Prior to this Al worked for JLL Valuations for over 10 years specialising in industrial, business parks and residential development valuations, whilst running the JLL’s NSW Valuations Division.
According to Simon Fenn, Savills Managing Director of NSW, “Al is highly respected within the property industry and his appointment is a fantastic win for the Savills business.
“Part of our overall business strategy is to continue strengthening and growing the valuation business in NSW whilst increasing our exposure to Western Sydney to better service our clients in what is the fastest growing area of Sydney,” he said.
