Savills Investment Management has leased an 80sq m office at Suite 25.05, Gateway, 1 Macquarie Place, Sydney from Dexus.

Gateway is a high-profile Premium Grade tower with 47 levels including 38 levels of office space.

The building’s historic and highly visible location has a commanding presence over Sydney’s Circular Quay and adjoins the iconic Customs House, with access to the recently opened popular Gateway Sydney food and beverage precinct.

The deal was negotiated by Chris Rowe, Senior Executive of Office Leasing at Savills who said the Savills Investment Management team relocated from a serviced office within the building, appreciating Gateway’s amenities, impressive views and location.
