Three experienced experts join savills

Łukasz Fromiński as an Associate Director in the Investment department will represent Savills clients in office and retail acquisitions and disposals. He began his professional career as an Asset Manager at AEW. He also worked in the capital markets team of BNP Paribas Real Estate. Prior to joining Savills, Łukasz was Acquisitions & Asset Manager at M7. Łukasz is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics. He also completed postgraduate studies at Solvay Brussels School in Brussels and took courses at universities in New York and Taiwan.

Anna Roguska as a Senior Consultant will support the Retail Advisory & Transactions team in advising and representing retail property landlords in lease transactions. She has worked in real estate for 18 years, including as a leasing manager at Cream for 11 years. Anna has also worked at Mallson with responsibility for the firm’s portfolio. During her professional career, she has advised on a total of 77,000 sq m of leases, being responsible for such schemes as Galeria Madison in Gdansk, Max Shopping Centre in Tarnów, Galeria Rynek in Tomaszów Lubelski, Galeria Młyńska in Racibórz, OK Centre in Strzegom and Wałbrzych, and Galeria Wisła in Płock. Anna graduated in Management from the Warsaw School of Economics.

Katarzyna Evans has become a Consultant in the Tenant Representation team of the Office Agency. In th past she worked at Cluttons Middle East, a leading real estate advisory firm in the Middle East, acquired by Savills in 2018 and renamed Savills Middle East. Prior to that, she had worked in the Capital Markets team of Cushman & Wakefield for six years. Katarzyna is a law graduate from the University of Warsaw and completed postgraduate studies at the Warsaw University of Technology.
