Savills Luxembourg advises Grossfeld PAP on the sale of 10,500 sq m office building in Luxembourg to Intesa

The building, which will function as Intesa’s new headquarters in Luxembourg, will be able to house up to 900 employees and displays also appropriate margin for a business growth in a country where it has been present for over 40 years.

The new building is in line with the Group’s strategic business plan (2018-2022) of developing business segments such as Corporate, Private Banking and Wealth Management. Such a decision also shows the strong commitment of Intesa Sanpaolo Group towards Luxembourg, a strong financial center with great stability and growth potential

Régis Luttmann, Managing Director, Savills Luxembourg, comments: “Intesa has acquired a well fit out, high quality office building from our client Grossfeld PAP on Ban de Gasperich. Luxembourg has a very dynamic real estate market, with lack of availability in the centre of town, and the upcoming tram connection will further increase the speed of travel between different parts of the city.”
