Savills to manage Zgorzelec Plaza

Zgorzelec Plaza is a retail property located in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship totalling approx. 25,000 sq m, with approx. 12,500 sq m of retail space for lease. The facility architecture provides access to daylight in the common areas. Extensive entertainment offer includes a cinema and a bowling alley. The tenants of the centre currently include the following networks: Empik, H&M, Multikino, Komputronik, Martes Sport, Media Expert, and Rossmann.

The retail property team at the property & asset management department of Savills is currently managing, among others, Galeria Pomorska, Morski Park Handlowy, and Ferio Wawer. Since 2017 Savills has also been the manager of four other properties owned by M7 Real Estate. These include two office buildings, RB House and Dwór Hamburski located in Poznań, the Wola Plaza office building in Warsaw, as well as the Airport House warehouse facility with office and social facilities.
“Zgorzelec Plaza is the first retail project purchased by M7 in Poland. We see many possibilities of using the facility's potential and to extend its retail offer. Our goal is to strengthen the project's position on the market,” – says Paweł Materny, head of leasing at M7.
