Savills grows worldwide occupier services team with new appointment

With a focus on the EMEA markets, Nick will work closely with Savills existing London-based and European tenant representation teams as well as the global WOS teams to support and drive business development, client relationship management and implement growth initiatives to expand the firm’s overall WOS offer.

With over 30 years’ experience in the industry, Nick previously worked as an international strategy consultant to Source8 and, prior to this, as a senior director at CBRE in the global corporate services group and head of their complex and emerging markets team. Nick has a particular expertise in both the Middle East and Africa markets.

Savills international WOS team is currently 900+ strong with representation across the globe including UK, Europe, Asia Pacific and the US.
