Rafał Oprocha appointed as Head of Southern Poland

Rafał has nearly 17 years’ experience in the commercial real estate market gained, among others, at Colliers International and CBRE. He spent the last ten years at JLL as the Head of JLL Krakow Office. Rafał advises both landlords on office projects by developing and implementing commercialisation strategies and tenants representing BPO, SCC and R&D sectors in particular. During his professional career he has advised on nearly 300,000 sq m of office transactions.

In his new role, Rafał Oprocha will be overseeing delivery of comprehensive advisory services to office tenants and landlords by Savills Krakow and Wrocław offices, and will monitor the Katowice market for opportunities to open a new office there.

As part of strengthening its regional presence in Poland, Savills has also hired Agnieszka Kuehn as a senior consultant in its Krakow office. Agnieszka’s experience includes working for JLL. In the team headed by Rafał Oprocha, she will work with Carlos Panek, a Savills consultant on the office market of the Lesser Poland region.
