Visma Software extends lease agreement in Amsterdam

Gerose Vastgoedontwikkeling B.V. has signed a new long term lease agreement with tenant Visma Software B.V. at the H.J.E. Wenckebachweg 200 in Amsterdam.

The lease agreement comprises 2,134 sq m of office space spread across three floors, as well as 46 parking spaces.

The office building, located at the Amstel Business Park East, has been recently renovated and new facilities were added to the property. Special attention was paid to sustainability improvements. For example by applying low-temperature underfloor heating to ground-based heat pumps, heat-resistant glass and sun-shutters, e-showers, integral LED lighting, battery driven elevators at 220V and ventilation with optimum heat recovery.
