Flurry of deals at Century Business Park in Glasgow

Savills, on behalf of Century Land, has let a total of 10,068 sq ft (935 sq m) of light industrial space across three deals at Century Business Park in Glasgow, taking one of two terraces on the park to fully let.

Pirate Studios, Media Dog and Supernova Wedding Design have agreed to let 4,917 sq ft (457 sq m), 3,278 sq ft (304 sq m) and 1,873 sq ft (174 sq m) respectively on an 5-year lease.

Speculatively developed, Century Business Park comprises industrial units totalling 19,900 sq ft (1,849 sq m) in a double terrace format and reached practical completion in November 2017. Located on Kinning Park, close to Glasgow city centre the units are easily accessible by road. A second terrace is available for lease totalling 10,000 sq ft (929 sq m). The property can be let to a single occupier or divided into smaller units.
