Daniel Czarnecki to lead landlord representation team at Savills

Daniel Czarnecki joined Savills in 2015 from advisory firm EY. At Savills, he was initially responsible for supervision over commercialisation of property portfolios owned by investment funds. He advised such clients as Deka Immobilien, GLL Real Estate Partners, Penta Investments and Predom. Daniel completed master and postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics and a business program at European School of Management and Technology (ESMT) in Berlin. He is fluent in German and English, and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).

The restructuring of Office Agency at Savills will not affect the tenant representation team that will carry on operating as before and fully independently of landlord representation. The tenant representation department will continue to be headed by Jarosław Pilch. However, Savills’ offices in Cracow and Wrocław will expand in 2018 in response to the accelerating growth of regional office markets.
