Insight Enterprises relocates to 'Coengebouw', Amsterdam

Insight Enterprises Netherlands B.V. has signed a new lease agreement at Kabelweg 37 in Amsterdam, better known as ‘Coengebouw’. The owner of the office building is EVI Coen S.a.r.l.

The lease agreement comprises 682 sq m of office space and 11 parking spaces. Tenant Insight Netherlands is a leading supplier of IT products and services.

Insight Amsterdam was formerly located at the ‘Keynes’ office building in Amsterdam Riekerpolder, the new location is situated within the Sloterdijk area of Amsterdam.

Erik Beekman, Head of Tenant Representation at Savills Netherlands, says: "The Sloterdijk area has developed from a monofunctional office area to a lively and diverse environment very suitable for a tech tenant like Insight. Following the recent lease extension of Insight Apeldoorn we are very proud to have successfully advised our client on the relocation within Amsterdam.”
