Expansion of Morski Park Handlowy

A completely new modern building will be developed as an integral part of the complex. The general contractor is CFE Polska.

Current tenants of Morski Park Handlowy include: OBI, Carrefour, Media Expert, Jula and McDonald's. Designer Outlet Gdansk with more than 100 fashion brands and the only one Agata furniture store in Tricity complete the complex.

Morski Park Handlowy is located on Przywidzka Street in Gdańsk, in the immediate vicinity of the Tricity ring road. The current GLA is 24 500 sq m. After the expansion it will increase to 41 000 sq m. The centre has a spacious parking lot for 1 700 cars. Savills Retail Agency is the leasing agent of the property. Savills Property and Asset Management Department is a property manager of the facility. It is owned by GRP.
