Modernization of GTC office complex in Kraków

Works includes new amenities for tenants as well as improvement of outdoors common areas and the entrance lobbies. Global real estate advisor Savills is an exclusive leasing agent of the office complex.

The modernization consisted of improvements such as installation of green pergolas on the axis of the complex along Armii Krajowej St., complete renewal of the reception lobbies of three buildings as well as creating a gym, a salt grotto and a conference room on the groundfloor of Edison building for exclusive use of tenants.
