Le Creuset opens its new store in Poland

Savills advisory company represented the manufacturer and distributor of the highest quality kitchen accessories in the lease transaction of a 53 sq m of retail space in the Galaxy Center in Szczecin.

The Le Creuset brand has already its own showrooms in Galeria Mokotów and Złote Tarasy shopping centres in Warsaw. Savills represented the tenant in both transactions. Le Creuset kitchen accessories are also available in two outlet centres in Warsaw and Gdańsk. The opening of the showroom in Galaxy Center is scheduled for the Q4 2017.

"Le Creuset is focused on a high quality and wide range of colours from the very beginning. The choice of Galaxy Center was determined by the dominant position of the retail scheme in the region. It’s the largest shopping centre in north-western Poland, which is currently being expanded what will additionally increase its attractiveness" – says Krzysztof Wyrzykowski, Senior Leasing Manager, Retail Agency at Savills.

Galaxy Center is a shopping centre located at the corner of Wyzwolenia Avenue and Malczewski Street in Szczecin. The property offers 42,500 sq m of retail space. The additional area will increase the total space of the scheme to almost 60,000 sq m. Underground parking spaces and a multi-storey car park provide direct connection to the gallery. Galaxy customers can benefit from the 170 various stores and the Auchan hypermarket. The tenant list includes: Guess, H&M, Mango, Martes Sport, Tommy Hilfiger, LPP and Inditex as well as Multikino and Empik.
