Museum in Galeria Krakowska

ECE Projektmanagement Polska, propertymanager of the building, was represented by Savills in the transaction. Shopping center is now fully let. Knight Frank has advised the Museum in choosing the location and negotiating  terms of the agreement.


The Museum of the City of Kraków decided to temporarily relocate its office to Galeria Krakowska due to planned refurbishment of the existing headquarters at the Krzysztofory Palace. Administrative and educational facilities of the Museum as well as its library will be moved to Galeria Krakowska. The offices of the Museum in the building will serve entirely administrative purposes and will not be available to visitors.


Savills acted as an exclusive agent responsible for commercialisation of office space in Galeria Krakowska. After signing the lease agreement with the Museum, the office space in the shopping center is fully leased.

The Historical Museum of the City of Krakow was established in 1899. Initially, its collection was stored at 16 Sienna Street and was not displayed to public At present, the Museum consist of  several buildings in different locations, which show the history of Krakow from different perspectives, from the Middle Ages to the present.


Galeria Krakowska is a shopping center with an area of approx. 60,000 sq m GLA, directly connected with the Krakow Main Railway Station and the MDA Bus Station. The Gallery is located within a ten minute walk from the main square of the Old Town. The building has an ease access to Krakow-Balice Airport. It also has the largest car park in the city center of Krakow.
