31 August 2017

The portfolio of GLL Real Estate Partners includes five buildings in Warsaw with a total leasing area of approximately 38.000 sq m.

Four of these buildings are unique boutique-style prime office properties located in Warsaw’s core city centre: Zaulek Piekna, Liberty Corner and Griffin House are currently fully leased with a very international tenant roster, and Renaissance, has been completely refurbished recently, offering exceptional office and retail space on Plac Zbawiciela. The fifth building, Marynarska Point II, is a flexible state-of-the-art office building, providing space for a wide range of tenants. Marynarska Point II is located in the Służewiec district only few minutes from the Warsaw Chopin Airport.

„We are looking forward to working with the Savills team building on  their exceptional leasing expertise as part of an international network and their profound long-term local relationships” – says Florian Grassl, Asset Management, GLL Real Estate Partners.

„The portfolio comprises premium properties in a quality that especially international corporate tenants are looking for. The vacant spaces are flexible and of high fit-out levels. This and the fact that GLL is a very reliable and professional Landlord will help us to successfully release these spaces” - says Daniel Czarnecki, Portfolio Manager, Office Department, Landlord Representation, Savills.

German investment fund management company GLL Real Estate Partners, with its headquarters in Munich, was founded in 2000. GLL manages properties with a total amount of approx. 7 billion EUR in Eastern and Western Europe, in the US and in Latin America.
