Michael Bickford, founder and CEO of Round Hill Capital, says: “This acquisition confirms our commitment to the Dutch market. We will continue to manage our residential portfolio in a responsible and reliable manner to ensure that our tenants benefit from our long-term focus and our expertise in residential property management.”

Jeroen Gorissen, portfolio manager at Daelmans Real Estate, comments: “The decision to sell this portfolio is motivated by our intention to focus more on our core areas. The revenue from this sale will be reinvested, resulting in a rejuvenation of our portfolio. The first acquisitions will be completed soon.”

Loyens & Loeff (legal) and Savills (technical due diligence) advised Round Hill Capital. The portfolio is funded by ABN Amro. Daelmans Vastgoed was advised by Van Dijk & Ten Cate Vastgoed Adviseurs (commercial) and AchtenvanGent (legal).
