Savills advises DEKA on 2,100 sq m lease in Oval Tower

Deka Immobilien GmbH has signed a new lease agreement in the Oval Tower office building in Amsterdam Southeast. The agreement concerns approximately 2,100 sqm and 20 parking places. The property is part of the portfolio of the real estate mutual fund “Deka-ImmobilienEuropa”.

New tenant Tribes offers inspiring offices, communal space, meeting rooms and workplaces, equipped with high-tech materials and amenities to simplify business life, such as dry-cleaning and shoe repair service. Other locations of Tribes include Amsterdam Amstel, Amsterdam South Axis, The Hague, Rotterdam, Capelle aan de Ijssel, Utrecht, Eindhoven and Brussels.

The Oval Tower (24,000 sq m) is located at De Entree 99-197 in Amsterdam. The new lease concerns the 11^th and 15^th floor of the building, following this transaction the office building is fully let.
