Savills Studley Strengthens Atlanta Office with Two New Hires

Savills Studley, the leading commercial real estate firm specializing in tenant representation, today announced the arrival of Nanci Love as managing director and Kari Downing as account manager. The two will be based in the firm’s Atlanta office.

Love joins the firm’s Project Management group and focuses her practice on developing and executing solutions that achieve client-specific project goals. With 25 years in the corporate architecture, design and construction management industries, Love provides expertise in strategic planning, execution and commissioning for her clients. Prior to Savills Studley, she was a senior project manager at Colliers International Atlanta. Love is a certified trainer for U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED Certification, a member of the Cobb Chamber and active in building strategic partnerships.

Downing brings nearly 20 years of commercial real estate experience to the Savills Studley Tenant Representation practice. In her role, Downing specializes in government, medical, office, industrial, land and retail sectors to strategically align their real estate assets with their business objectives. Most recently, she was Real Estate Manager for the Northside Hospital portfolio for Realty Trust Group. Before that, she was Assistant Vice President of Agency Leasing with the Transwestern Atlanta office, where she was responsible for marketing and leasing more than 2 million square feet of the firm’s third-party portfolio located throughout metro Atlanta.
