Savills Studley Promotes Loredana Perri to Project Management Director

06 December 2017

Savills Studley, the leading commercial real estate firm specializing in tenant representation, is pleased to announce that Loredana Perri has been promoted to Director, Project Management in the firm’s Chicago Office. The promotion recognizes Perri’s outstanding client service, expands her range of responsibilities and bolsters the Chicago Project Management Services Group.

“Loredana’s unique range of experience, tireless representation on behalf of clients and creativity and passion in interior design, workplace strategy and real estate advisory adds tremendous value to our team,” said Savills Studley Corporate Managing Director Richard B. Dale, who has led the Chicago Project Management Services Group since 2000.

“In this new role, Loredana will take on increased business development and project management strategy duties, in addition to the pre-design through project close-out project management services she continues to deliver to clients.”

Perri joined the Savills Studley Chicago Office in 2014 as a Project Manager. Before being recruited by Savills Studley, Perri was a strategic account manager for Interior Investments, one of the most efficient and reliable contract office furniture dealerships in the United States. Prior to her tenure at Interior Investments, Perri served as a liaison between the American design and building community and Federlegno Arredo, an association of Italian furniture and wood manufacturers. Coming to Savills Studley with an expertise in furniture procurement and interior design, Loredana has been able to quickly grasp each corporate project management phase and execute transactions at a high level.

“In a short period of time, Loredana has gained a repudiation throughout the industry for decisive expertise and unyielding advocacy,” said Savills Studley Senior Vice President and Chicago Co-Head Eric Feinberg.

“Loredana’s remarkable ‘can-do’ attitude is matched by consummate professionalism and consistent execution of high profile assignments,” added Savills Studley Vice Chairman and Chicago Co-Head Robert Sevim.

Over the last year Perri has played an integral role on the team closely guiding several of Chicago’s most well-known companies in relocations to highly-anticipated skyscrapers--including Morton Salt’s move to 52,000 square feet at River Point and managing CNA’s relocation to 275,000 square feet at 151 North Franklin. Other standout projects through Perri’s career thus far include guiding Exelon to a new 440,000-square-foot Baltimore Headquarters; Harman International’s move to 188,000 square feet in Novi, Michigan; and SRAM’s 68,000-square-foot move in Chicago.

“Savills Studley welcomes a progressive approach to project management, which has led to successful transitions and innovative occupant experiences for our clients,” said Perri, who is a graduate of DePaul University and fully bilingual in Italian.

“This mindset also enables Savills Studley’s staff to thrive on a professional and creative level. I look forward to continuing to contribute to the Chicago Project Management Services Group’s work with a growing roster of clients in Chicago and across the globe.”
