Savills Studley’s Cristy Nine Receives CCIM Distinction

Savills Studley, the leading commercial real estate firm specializing in tenant representation, today announced that Corporate Managing Director Cristy Nine has received the esteemed Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation for her proven expertise in financial, market and investment analysis, in addition to negotiation.

CCIM designees are recognized as leading experts in commercial investment real estate. Candidates for membership are required to submit a portfolio of qualifying experience, complete a rigorous education component and pass a comprehensive examination lasting six hours. The achievement is designated by CCIM Institute, whose mission is to elevate its members to the highest levels of success in the commercial real estate profession.

Nine is a commercial real estate broker in the firm’s Charlotte office, where she focuses exclusively on tenant representation and corporate real estate advisory services. Most recently, she represented engineering consulting firm UC Synergetic, LLC in its expansion and relocation to ComPark 75 in Tampa, Fla., as well as opening a new location at Northchase Industrial Park in Wilmington, NC. With a background in investment banking, Nine consults local, national and global companies across various industries on strategically aligning its business objectives with its real estate needs.

Nine is highly regarded for her professional work and community engagement. She has been recognized by the Charlotte Business Journal as a Top 25 Women in Business honoree and by Mecklenburg Times as a 50 Most Influential Women in Business honoree. Nine is also a recipient of the Deal of the Year and Networking Deal of the Year awards from Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW). In addition to CREW, she is an active member of the Charlotte Commercial Board of Realtors, Charlotte Chamber and a passionate volunteer for Camp Blue Skies, for which she serves as Board Ambassador. Nine holds a BBA in finance from the University of Georgia Terry College of Business.
