Savills Announces Executive Promotions in Texas

Savills, the leading commercial real estate firm specializing in tenant representation, today announced several promotions in Houston where the firm has completed major transactions for some of the most notable companies in the city, state and nation. Savills Studley President Michael Colacino said, “We are pleased to recognize several of our high-performing individuals and promote them to these important positions.”

Mark O’Donnell is being promoted to Texas Regional Manager and will remain a member of the Board of Directors of the firm. O’Donnell has led many of the firm’s most significant assignments and was awarded NAOIP’s Houston Office Broker of the Year for 2015.

Derrell Curry is currently Executive Vice President and Branch Manager of Houston and will remain in that position. Curry has been recognized as one of the city’s top brokers for more than three decades. He has been awarded the NAIOP Houston Office Broker of the Year Award and is consistently honored in Houston as an office leasing CoStar Power Broker and Houston Business Journal (HBJ) Heavy Hitter.

Curry and O’Donnell re-opened the Houston office in 2003 and Drew Morris was the first hire.

Morris is being promoted to Senior Vice President and Branch Manager of Houston. Morris joined the firm in 2003 and has continually been promoted and recognized for his significant production, client service and mentorship within the firm. Morris was recognized as a HBJ Heavy Hitter in 2015 and 2016.

Kyle Kelley is being promoted to Executive Vice President and Branch Manager of Houston. Kelley has been with Savills Studley since 2009 and has been an integral part of the growth and success of the firm. Kelley is a multi-time HBJ Heavy Hitter as well as a CoStar Power Broker.

Both Kelley and Morris will be instrumental in creating an enhanced strategic direction that allows the Houston office to continue to excel and grow as a market leader in the field of tenant representation.
