At Savills Studley, Knapstein will work on a team led by Executive Managing Directors Charles Daggett and Dina Zavislak. Since joining Savills Studley in January 2017, their team has continued to win distinguished assignments and deliver exemplary solutions for existing clients. In just over two quarters since joining the firm, the Daggett- Zavislak team have already executed more than 100 transactions totaling approximately 1.1 million square feet.

“Kris has a proven record of fully integrated portfolio management and outstanding client service for impressive accounts across the country,” said Daggett. “His analytical approach and experience having satisfied a wide range of assignments will greatly benefit our growing portfolio of clients. Kris was a very targeted hire and we are pleased that he has made the decision to join our fast-growing team and account base at Savills Studley.”

Knapstein has been recognized as a CoStar Power Broker and was named to the St. Louis Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 list in 2012. He earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Saint Louis University and Bachelor of Arts degrees in Marketing and Public Communications from Webster University. Knapstein is the latest of several recent additions to Savills Studley’s Dallas office that correspond with the area’s record leasing and sales activity over the current cycle.

“Few markets can compare to the job, population and development growth experienced in North Texas over the last decade,” said Savills Studley Executive Managing Director and Dallas Co-Branch Manager Frank McCafferty. “As part of our ongoing goal to provide tenants the best user experience in this key market, we will continue to grow our range of services and team of talented professionals tapped into the Savills Studley international network of resources and experts.”
